By completing a purchase with Gimme5, you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy. We ship all orders with care from Apex, NC 🌸
⏰ Order Fulfillment
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that there may be slight delays depending on the volume of orders received at a given time. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding! 💕

🚚 Shipping Options
USPS Standard Shipping
Orders ship via USPS with delivery in 3–5 business days (excluding processing time) within the US.
Two Day & Next Day Shipping
Orders ship via USPS and UPS. To qualify:
- Orders must be placed Monday–Friday by 1:00 PM EST
- Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day
- USPS & UPS deliver Monday–Friday only
⚠️ Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes
📝 Signature Required: All orders above $300.00 will require a signature upon delivery.
📍 Order Tracking
You may track your order at any time using the tracking number we provide after your order has been processed and shipped. Keep an eye on your inbox! ✉️
⏳ Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or be held responsible for delays in transit.
If there is a substantial delay with your order, we recommend:
- Contacting your local post office with your tracking number
- Reaching out to the mail carrier directly for delivery concerns
Please note: Once an order leaves our hands, we have no additional information beyond what's shown in your tracking.
❤️🩹 Damaged Orders
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged:
- ✅ File a claim within 5 business days of delivery
- ✅ Email us at info@gimme5.shop with clear photos of the damaged products
- ✅ Keep all damaged packaging materials (box and all inside contents)
⚠️ Claims received after 5 business days will not be processed. Packaging materials must be kept — otherwise we cannot file a damage claim with the carrier.
🎄 Holiday Shipping
The holiday season brings a spike in shipments, which can overwhelm carriers and cause delays. While we work hard to process and ship your orders swiftly, we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit during this busy time.

📭 Lost Items
Please note: We are not responsible for any lost items.
We understand packages sometimes go missing, and here's how to handle it:
If your package shows "delivered" but you haven't received it:
- Double-check the shipping address on your original order
- If the address is incorrect, your order should return to us — we'll happily reship to the correct address!
If your address is correct:
- Check with your local post office first
- 15 days after the initial delivery date, file a missing mail search with USPS
- Share your search ID with us at info@gimme5.shop so we can assist further
⏰ Please contact Customer Service within one month of the delivery date shown in your tracking link. Inquiries submitted after one month cannot be accepted.
📦 Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing items:
- Double-check your order/shipping confirmation to verify the missing items were included in your order
- Contact us at info@gimme5.shop within 5 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the products you received — both front and back, with barcodes clearly visible
We're happy to replace missing items with the same item originally ordered. If the item is out of stock, we'll evaluate on a case-by-case basis. 💕
🚨 Stolen Items
Please note: We are not responsible for any stolen items.
If your package was stolen, please:
- File a mail theft claim with USPS
- File a complaint with your local police station
🔄 Failed Delivery
If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will process a return for your order.
⚠️ Please note: Shipping fees will not be refunded if the return was due to an error on the customer's end.
📬 Incorrect Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address when placing your order!
Important things to know:
- Even if you notify us of an incorrect address before fulfillment, we cannot guarantee we'll be able to modify your order in time
- If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error, we're unable to offer a refund or replacement
If this happens, we suggest:
- Reaching out to the current resident at that address (if possible)
- Submitting a missing mail request with USPS to see if it can be returned to you
