How is price decided?
Complex art, charms, 3D pieces and rush timing affect the quote. Simple color customizations start lower; intricate hand-painted art costs more. You always see the price before we start.
How long does it take?
We reply with a quote within 24 hours. After you approve the design direction, most sets take 1–2 weeks to make and ship.
How do I choose my size?
Send us your current press-on size, or measure each nail across the widest point in millimetres. If you are unsure we can send a sizing kit before production.
What glue is included?
Every set ships with adhesive tabs, liquid glue and solid glue, so you can choose short wear or longer wear.
Can I return custom nails?
Custom sets are made for one person, so they cannot be resold or returned. That is exactly why we confirm the design and quote with you before production starts.
Can I customize for a group?
Yes — bridal parties, teams and events are welcome. Tell us how many sets you need and we will quote the group together.
