Pretty much everything! You can choose your nail shape, length, base color, design, charms, glitter, 3D elements, and finish (glossy or matte). Have a specific vibe in mind? Send us your inspo — Pinterest boards, screenshots, sketches, anything — and we'll bring it to life.
How do I place a custom order?
Head to our Custom Order page, fill out the quick form with your nail size, preferred shape, and design ideas, and upload any inspiration photos. We'll review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days with a quote and timeline.
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom sets take 1–2 weeks from design approval to delivery. Complex designs with hand-painted details or 3D elements may take a little longer — we'll always let you know the timeline upfront so there are no surprises.
How much do custom nails cost?
Pricing depends on your design's complexity — simple color customizations start lower, while intricate art, charms, and 3D details cost more. Every custom order gets a personalized quote before we start, so you'll know the price before committing.
Can I match a specific theme, event, or team?
Yes! This is one of our favorite things to do. Whether it's team colors for game day, a wedding aesthetic, a birthday theme, rush week vibes, or a Halloween costume — send us the details and we'll design a set around it. (This is literally how Gimme5 started. 💖)
Can I reorder my custom design later?
Of course! We keep your design on file so you can reorder the same set anytime. Want a tweak — different color, added charm, new length? Just let us know and we'll adjust.
